Legal & Ethical Statement

This page outlines the terms, policies, and ethical commitments guiding my work at Evolving Erotic. Please read carefully before working together.

Scope of Services

I provide education and guidance rooted in erotic wellness, embodiment, and alternative sexuality. My work is grounded in a trauma-aware, sex-positive, and holistic approach. This may include somatic practices, reflection tools, pleasure-focused rituals, and sacred kink frameworks.

While I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in sexual health and education, I do not offer therapy or clinical mental health services through Evolving Erotic.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require therapeutic support, I encourage you to reach out to a licensed provider in your area. If you need help finding one, I would be happy to try to connect you with resources.

Confidentiality & Consent

All sessions are confidential. I will not share your personal information or session content with anyone unless required by law (e.g., to prevent harm to yourself or others).

This work is consensual, collaborative, and client-led. You are always in control of what you share, what practices you engage in, and how far you wish to explore.

Payment & Cancellation

All session fees are due at the time of service. When booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card for secure processing via Stripe.

If you need to cancel:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 75%.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Sliding scale and package pricing may be available on request.
